Q. Will I have to change my Mobile Network Provider?
A. Not if you are currently an customer.
When you use Call15 you are actually bypassing your existing provider to access our international service; however Call15 only operates on the mobile network.
Call15 acts as a separate add-on service and works with all existing mobile tariff plans by providing a quick and easy access to your international calls at dramatically lower rates. All access numbers and destination tariffs are available on this web site.

Q. How do I pay for the calls I make using Call15?
A.  All fixed call charges are deducted directly from the available credit on your pre-pay phone or billed as normal if you are a bill pay account holder.  You do not have to purchase any other product and no mobile surcharges are applicable.

Q. Is the call quality as good as my current International Service Provider?
A. Yes, the quality is just as good if not better than other service providers. Call15 uses the latest software and hardware switching technology to process your calls. We use only the highest quality international networks to connect your calls worldwide.

Q. How does it work?
A. The principle is very simple - choose any of the Call15 numbers that best suits your call requirement. Each number has a different call cost, minute offering and rate.
For Example:
1.If you want a short call to Poland choose 1512 77 88 77 the call cost would be €0.39  -   the rate per minute would be 3.25 cent per minute and you can talk for 12 minutes.
2.However, if you want to make a longer call then choose 1514 77 88 77 – this would be a better choice.  You would pay €1 for the call and you can talk for 30 minutes.
3.You can easily manage your call spend as your call cost is always fixed.
